There were times when I followed fad diets and lost weight, but I inevitably gained it back, usually with a few additional pounds to boot. By the time I was in my 30’s I was over 300 pounds. I was suffering physically and psychologically, and it was having a negative impact on multiple areas of my life. Following the Primal Blueprint, over the course of 2 years I was able to lose over 100 lbs. Physically, I feel better than I have in years! I have come to realize how intimately related my physical and psychological health are. When I closely followed a primal lifestyle, I noticed that I woke up “on fire,” confident, happy, and ready to tackle the day.
